FAQs

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I accept Regence, Premera, and Lifewise. If I'm out-of-network for you, I can provide an invoice so you can bill your insurance. As a naturopathic doctor I am unable to accept Medicare. I do not take Medicaid or WA Apple Health.

Do you offer primary care?

No, I don't offer primary care and I'm not a primary care provider (PCP).

Where is your clinic?

I don't practice out of a clinic. I offer virtual visits and in-person home visits to local patients. I'm located in Federal Way, WA.

What are Meet and Greet calls?

These are free 30 minute phone calls where I get some info about your health goals and we determine if we're a good fit to work together.

How much do your services cost?

I'd be happy to go over my services and prices on a Meet and Greet call.

Can I work with you virtually?

Yes, I offer virtual video calls for initial and follow up appointments.

I'm in Washington state but not local. Can we work together?

Yes, we can work together in a "doctor-patient" way doing virtual visits. I can order and interpret labs, manage medications and supplements and give you a treatment plan. Insurance may be billed.

What's the difference between your program and regular visits?

My Rise Into Wellness program is a comprehensive 6 month program that includes functional labs and frequent check-in visits. We work on everything including diet, sleep, stress, mindset and gut/hormone/adrenal health. Regular visits are less frequent and usually focused on your specific health goals or issues as they come up.
